I’m excited to introduce my Early Learning site! The purpose of this site is to share links to the many learning ideas and inspirations that can support our youngest students. During this unique learning period, as presented by COVID-19, this site can be used as a portal to connect families to ideas for learning base upon their child's interests and needs. A focus on play based learning and hands-on activities and games will aim to develop early skills and concepts for learners in Kindergarten-Grade 1.

It is essential that young learners develop the skills and capacity to manage their emotions. Without self-regulation, all other learning is secondary and will not be successful. Below are some ongoing strategies that we use in class that are easily transferable to home!
